Mortgages Loan Officer
A secured loan is any loan that is secured on your home or property. Secured loans are more easily accessible to those with a poor credit record. This means that persons who are self-employed, or who have recently changed jobs, or who have poor credit can take out a secured loan. Many people today have found a way to manage their debt through unsecured personal loans. This type of debt consolidation is really geared toward those who do not meet the normal lending criteria, meaning those with lower credit scores and considered sub prime or high risk by traditional lenders.
